DE4SDV systems model

A read-only browser over the SysML v2 textual model in the DE4SDV repository — generated from the authoritative .sysml sources. It only links artifacts that exist in the repository; it never invents elements or re-renders diagrams.

Get started

Explore the model

  • Start with COVESA_VSS.sysml.
  • Start with DE4SDV_VSS_Extensions.sysml.
  • Open any view in a file page: the diagram, its definition metadata, and the highlighted source it was rendered from.
  • Search the tree as you type, or narrow it with the four filter dropdowns — each shows how many elements it matches.
  • Hover labels and connectors in a diagram for documentation and source links; right-click an element to list every diagram that uses it.
  • Right-click an element — in a diagram, on a page, or in the project tree — to ask about it. Two capabilities, never mixed: Ask the model… (authoritative query) answers from the model element itself (declared elements only), while Ask repo assistant… opens the DE4SDV Guide, the generated repository/documentation assistant at the bottom right (not a model authority).

Go further

  • Browse needs & requirements with traceability links between statements, evidence, and claims.
  • Learn the notation on the Elements page, and the viewer itself under Help.
  • Compare branches and pull requests with the Revision picker in the header. Serving every branch on demand: python -m tools.sysml_html_viewer.serve.
  • Prefer dark? Use the sun/moon button in the header — the choice is remembered.

Diagrams in this viewer are committed artifacts rendered with SysIDE from the model sources — see Help for how they are produced.  ·  Source of truth: github.com/de4sdv/DE4SDV  ·  Community: chat.de4sdv.org
